We work in partnership with the Scottish Government and Trading Standards to deliver the national consumer advice service, offering free, practical and personalised advice to Scottish citizens for consumer-related issues.

Please include your enquiry details in the “Contact Us” form below. In compliance with all GDPR legislation, we will ask for your consent before creating a case on your behalf. We will only share your information with our trusted partners and will never sell or trade your data.

Once you submit your form, one of our advisors will create a case for your enquiry. This may be used to inform your local authority Trading Standards office of your issue, who may then take further action against the trader.

Your dedicated advisor will also respond to your enquiry with tailored advice and information in order to solve your issue.
